Korean public holidays
Doje Clinic is closed on Korean public holidays. Some holidays follow the lunar calendar, so their dates change each year — notably Seollal (Lunar New Year, usually a three-day period) and Chuseok (the autumn harvest festival, also usually three days). Fixed-date holidays include New Year's Day, Independence Movement Day (1 March), Children's Day (5 May), Memorial Day (6 June), Liberation Day (15 August), National Foundation Day (3 October), Hangeul Day (9 October) and Christmas Day. Substitute holidays may also apply when a holiday falls on a weekend.
If your travel dates are near a holiday, confirm availability when you book.

Two faces, same treatment, different results.
The difference is the design. Tell us your goals and dates; in your 1:1 consultation Dr. Byun Jeik shows you what your face needs, and what it doesn't.
Choosing the right time slot
Different times of day suit different plans:
- Morning (from 10:00) — useful for longer plans such as a thread lift or a combined programme, leaving the afternoon for initial rest.
- Early afternoon (from 14:00) — after the lunch break on weekdays; practical for consultations and single treatments.
- Later weekday slots (up to 19:00 close) — convenient if you are working, for consultations or quick treatments such as Botox. Longer plans need an earlier start.
- Saturday (10:00–17:00) — popular with people who work weekdays. It closes earlier and has no lunch break, so book ahead.
Planning around downtime
The clinic's hours are only half the picture. Think also about when you need to look presentable afterwards:
- Note any events, meetings or photographs in the following one to two weeks.
- Ask about expected downtime for your plan in the consultation; it varies by treatment and by person.
- For thread lifting or combined plans, many people choose a Thursday, Friday or Saturday so the first days of recovery fall over a weekend.
- Travellers should schedule treatment early in the trip — see how many days to stay in Seoul.
Our downtime guide and before-an-event timeline explain typical ranges.
Contacting the clinic outside hours
You can send a message at any time via WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE, Instagram DM or the online form; replies follow clinic hours. For urgent symptoms after treatment when the clinic is closed, seek local urgent medical care.
Cost
Fees are quoted after the 1:1 consultation according to your plan; appointment time does not change the approach. Korean non-covered (비급여) aesthetic fees are set per plan.
