Which booking channel should you use?

All channels reach the same clinic. Choose by convenience and by how much you want to share in writing.

• WhatsApp — practical for most overseas visitors; easy to send photos and keep a written record. See booking via WhatsApp.
• KakaoTalk — Korea's everyday messenger; ideal if you live in Korea or already use it. See booking via KakaoTalk.
• LINE — familiar to many visitors from Japan, Taiwan and Thailand. See booking via LINE.
• Instagram DM — convenient if you found Doje on Instagram; for detailed medical history, a messenger or the form is tidier.
• Online form — good when you want to set out everything in one structured message.
• Phone — quickest for a simple date change during opening hours; less suited to sending photos.

Step-by-step booking

1. Choose a channel from the list above.
2. Introduce your request: your name, the concern or programme you are interested in, and whether this is a first visit.
3. Offer two or three date options. Doje is open Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri 10:00–19:00 (lunch 13:00–14:00) and Sat 10:00–17:00; it is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays.
4. Share relevant history: medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and previous filler, threads, toxin or device treatments.
5. Ask about same-day treatment if you hope to be treated after the consultation.
6. Wait for confirmation of the date and time, then save the address: 2F Dolce Vita Building, 18-6 Dosan-daero 45-gil, Gangnam-gu.

“Hello, I would like to book a first consultation with Dr. Byun Jeik. My main concern is [e.g. sagging along the jawline]. Possible dates: [date 1], [date 2], [date 3]. Timing tips

• Avoid public holidays. Doje closes on Korean public holidays, and demand around them can be higher.
• Saturday closes earlier (17:00) and has no lunch break; weekdays run to 19:00 with a lunch break 13:00–14:00.
• Before an event, book early enough to allow for possible swelling or bruising and for any fine-tuning — see before-an-event timeline.
• Travellers: aim for the start of your stay so there is time for review and recovery before your flight.

Changing or cancelling

Plans change. If you need to move an appointment, reply in the same thread you used to book, or call during opening hours, as early as you can. This keeps the 1:1 slot available for someone else and makes rescheduling easier for you.

What happens after booking

On the day you will complete a short intake form, then meet Dr. Byun Jeik for a private consultation. Where helpful, Mark-View 3D skin analysis is used for planning. Our first visit guide walks through the day.

Cost

Consultation-based: fees are quoted after the 1:1 consultation according to your plan. Ask for a written quote. Korean non-covered (비급여) aesthetic fees are set per plan.

Frequently asked questions

What is the fastest way to book?

Messaging channels such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk or LINE let you share dates, history and photos in one place; phone is convenient for simple changes during opening hours.

Can I book for a Wednesday or Sunday?

No. Doje Clinic is closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Do I need to send photos?

It is optional but helpful for preliminary guidance. The final plan is always made in person.

Can I book a specific programme directly?

You can say which programme interests you, but the plan is confirmed after the 1:1 consultation with Dr. Byun Jeik.
