What is the One-Day Program?

Many people who visit Seoul for aesthetic care have only a few days, sometimes fewer. The One-Day Program was created for that reality. Instead of spreading a lifting treatment and skin care over several appointments, the clinic designs them as a single, coordinated day: consultation, lifting and recovery-focused skin care, finishing with soothing support before you leave.

The program has three parts. The Doje signature thread lift (실리프팅) provides the structural change. Doje autologous exosome care is the clinic's own-source regenerative skin care, chosen to support skin condition. Oxygen therapy is supportive recovery care that helps the skin feel calmer and more comfortable after treatment.

How Doje Clinic plans a one-day visit

A single day only works if the planning happens before it. Doje therefore asks international patients to make contact ahead of time with clear photos (front, both sides, at rest and smiling), their main concerns, relevant medical history and travel dates. This lets Dr. Byun Jeik form an initial view and lets the team set aside enough time.

On the day, the 1:1 consultation still comes first, and it is genuinely decisive: thread design is confirmed only after an in-person assessment of your facial structure and degree of sagging, and if something is unsuitable – for example, heavy laxity that threads will not meaningfully improve – you will be told. The thread lift is then designed to your face shape, drawing on the clinic's 17 years of accumulated thread-lift experience, with attention to a natural, immediate lift and to avoiding lumpiness.

The skin components are sequenced around the lift so the day ends with calming care rather than with a procedure.

2. Preparation – cleansing, photographs and local anaesthesia.
3. Signature thread lift – placed along vectors designed for your face.
4. Doje autologous exosome – regenerative skin care as planned.
5. Oxygen therapy – supportive, soothing care to finish.
6. Aftercare briefing – written instructions and a contact channel for questions after you leave.

Recovery when you are travelling

A thread lift commonly brings tightness, swelling and tenderness for several days, and sometimes bruising. If possible, allow a few quiet days in Seoul before flying, so a check is possible and early swelling can settle. On the plane, stay hydrated, avoid alcohol and keep the head supported. The fee depends on your thread design and the skin components confirmed on the day. It is quoted after the 1:1 consultation; ask for a written quote before treatment. Korean non-covered (비급여) aesthetic fees are set per plan.
