What is Dermashine Pro?
Skin boosters work best when they are spread evenly through the target layer. Done entirely by hand, that means many separate injections, each with a slight variation in depth and amount. Dermashine Pro (더마샤인 프로) is an automated micro-injector designed to make this more consistent: it delivers small, controlled amounts of product through fine needles at a set depth, in rapid succession, across the treatment area.
It is important to understand that Dermashine Pro is a delivery method, not an ingredient. The effect on your skin depends on what is being delivered and whether that product suits your skin. The device's contribution is uniformity, efficiency over a larger area and a more predictable distribution of the booster.
How Doje Clinic uses Dermashine Pro
At Doje Clinic, Dermashine Pro is listed alongside Potenza in the single treatments group of devices used for skin regeneration and delivery. The first decision is always what your skin needs: hydration and resilience, firmness, regeneration support, or a combination. Dr. Byun Jeik then decides how that booster is best delivered — by hand where precise, point-by-point placement matters, with Dermashine Pro where even coverage across the face is the priority, or with Potenza where microneedling is also part of the plan.
This reflects Doje's broader approach. Devices and products are chosen to fit the person, not bundled together as a package, and every addition must have a clear reason to be there.

Two faces, same treatment, different results.
The difference is the design. Tell us your goals and dates; in your 1:1 consultation Dr. Byun Jeik shows you what your face needs, and what it doesn't.
Who it suits — and who it doesn't
- Suits: people having a skin booster over a large area, such as the full face or neck.
- Suits: those who value an even, consistent distribution of product.
- Suits: people with dry, dull or tired skin seeking hydration-focused care.
- Less relevant: very small or precise targets, where hand injection may be preferred.
- Postpone: active infection, acne flare or eczema in the area, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Hand injection, Dermashine Pro and Potenza
| Method | Strength | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Hand injection | Precise, point-by-point control | Small or delicate areas |
| Dermashine Pro | Uniform depth and dose over larger areas | Full-face booster delivery |
| Potenza pumping | RF microneedling plus delivery | Pores and texture with booster |
What to expect step by step
- Consultation: Dr. Byun assesses skin condition and agrees which booster you need.
- Skin data: Mark-View 3D may be used to record a baseline.
- Numbing: topical cream for comfort.
- Treatment: automated micro-injection across the planned area at the set depth.
- Soothing and aftercare: calming care where included, then written instructions.
Recovery and aftercare
Small raised bumps or a fine pattern of marks are common immediately afterwards and usually settle within about a day. Mild redness and the occasional pinpoint bruise are possible. Keep the skin clean and moisturised, avoid make-up on the day where possible, and skip saunas, alcohol and intense exercise for 24–48 hours. See skin booster aftercare.
Cost
Cost depends mainly on the booster chosen, the area and the number of sessions, so it is quoted after a 1:1 consultation. Korean aesthetic fees are non-covered (비급여) and set per plan; ask for a written quote.

Frequently asked questions
Is Dermashine Pro a skin booster?
No. It is an automated device that delivers a skin booster. The result depends on the product chosen for your skin.
Is Dermashine Pro better than hand injection?
It offers more uniform delivery over larger areas, while hand injection offers point-by-point precision. Each suits different situations.
Does Dermashine Pro hurt?
Numbing cream is applied first. Most people feel quick, light pricking that is usually well tolerated.
Which boosters can be delivered?
The booster is chosen by skin condition and goal at consultation; Dr. Byun then decides whether Dermashine Pro is the right delivery method.
How long do the bumps last?
Small bumps usually settle within about a day, though this varies with the product and your skin.
