What is Potenza?

Potenza (포텐자) is a radiofrequency microneedling system made by Cynosure. Fine needles penetrate the skin to a chosen depth and release radiofrequency energy at their tips. Two things happen: the micro-injuries trigger the skin's natural wound-healing response, and the controlled heat in the dermis encourages collagen remodelling. Over time this can make the surface look smoother, pores look tighter and texture more even.

Potenza offers several needle cartridges and energy modes, so depth and intensity can be adjusted to thin or thick skin, to the forehead or cheeks, and to different goals. It can also be used in a delivery-focused way, where the micro-channels it creates help a skin booster reach beyond the surface layer — the basis of what is often called “Potenza pumping”.

How Doje Clinic uses Potenza

Doje Clinic lists Potenza under skin regeneration and drug delivery. In the pores and texture line of Skin & Energy care, two combinations are named: Doje autologous exosome with Potenza, and exosome with Potenza pumping. 3. Plan: Potenza alone or with exosome care; number of sessions and spacing suggested.
4. Treatment: numbing cream for around 30–40 minutes, then passes across the planned area.
5. Recovery care: soothing care where included, and written aftercare.

Recovery and aftercare

The skin typically looks pink to red and feels warm, like mild sunburn, for a day or two. Fine grid-like marks may be visible briefly. Avoid make-up for about 24 hours, use a gentle cleanser and a plain moisturiser, apply sunscreen daily and avoid retinoids, exfoliating acids, saunas and intense workouts for several days. Results timeline

Some people notice a smoother, fresher look within a week or two as the skin settles. Collagen remodelling continues over the following weeks, so the fuller effect is judged later. A short series spaced a few weeks apart is common for pores and texture; the exact number varies with your skin and goals.
