Before the day: what to send in advance

A single day works well when the thinking happens beforehand. A few days ahead, message the clinic with:

• Clear photos of your face (front and both sides, natural light, no make-up if possible)
• What bothers you most, in your own words, and anything you definitely do not want
• Previous treatments with approximate dates, especially filler and threads
• Medications, supplements and allergies
• Your flight times, so the plan respects them

This lets Dr. Byun Jeik prepare for a focused 1:1 consultation. The final plan is still confirmed in person, after he has examined your face.

A sample timeline

Every day is different; this is one realistic shape for a weekday visit.

1. Morning: a light breakfast near Apgujeong Rodeo, then arrive at the clinic shortly after 10:00 opening.
2. Consultation: 1:1 with Dr. Byun, covering facial structure, ageing pattern, goals and the time you have. Mark-View 3D analysis where skin data will help.
3. Preparation: cleansing and numbing; this is a good time for questions about aftercare.
4. Treatment: the agreed plan, in the right order.
5. Midday: the clinic pauses for lunch from 13:00 to 14:00 on weekdays; plan your own meal around your appointment.
6. Before you leave: a check of the treated area and a written aftercare briefing.
7. Evening: rest, with your head slightly raised if you have had lifting or filler.

What fits into one day, and what does not

Usually fits well:

• Botox and Skin Botox
• Helios 785/1064 toning, Aquapeel, oxygen therapy, LED
• Energy-device lifting such as Ultherapy Prime, Thermage, Softwave or ONDA
• Soft filler in modest amounts, if a little swelling is acceptable
• The One-Day program, if you can rest for a few days afterwards

Usually better with more time:

• Treatments that need a series, such as some skin boosters
• CO2 laser or double-chin liposuction, which carry longer recovery
• Larger combined plans where a review before flying is wise

Getting there and around

The clinic is about a 6-minute walk from Exit 5 of Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Suin-Bundang Line, in the Apgujeong Rodeo and Cheongdam area of Gangnam. If you drive, the building offers 2 hours of free parking, and valet parking on the 1st floor is available at a separate fee. Taxis are easy to find along Dosan-daero. The evening after treatment

Seoul evenings are tempting, but the first night matters. Skip the jjimjilbang and sauna, heavy exercise and alcohol, since heat and alcohol can increase swelling and bruising. A quiet dinner, plenty of water and an early night are the kindest aftercare. If you have had a thread lift, choose soft foods and avoid opening your mouth very wide.

Cost

A one-day plan is quoted after your 1:1 consultation, and you can ask for a written quote before treatment begins. Korean non-covered (비급여) aesthetic fees are set per plan.

Can I have the consultation and treatment on the same day?

Often yes, if the consultation confirms the plan is suitable. Sending photos and your history in advance makes this smoother.

Which treatments suit a one-day visit?

Botox, toning, energy-device lifting, Aquapeel and skin boosters usually fit well. The One-Day program is designed for a single visit with some rest afterwards.

Is Saturday a good day for a one-day visit?

Saturday hours are 10:00 to 17:00 with no lunch break, which suits many visitors. Booking ahead is sensible.

Where should I stay?

Somewhere near Apgujeong Rodeo or Cheongdam keeps travel short on treatment day and makes any review easy.

Can I fly out the same evening?

After low-downtime treatments many people can. After threads or filler, leaving at least a day before flying is usually more comfortable.
